In a road project, cut fill volumes, which consume lot time calculate quantity high chance human error. This research aims determine implementation take-off Toll Road Project. The methodology this qualitative descriptive with in-depth interviews expert. study shows implementing increases accuracy, reduces time, minimizes error efficiency. Nevertheless, still have lacks, expensive cost siftware, hardware training, needs long adaptation organization, also need collaboration all stakeholder succesfuly implement
